Nestled in the beautiful seaside village of Vijaydurg in Devgad Taluka, our farm is home to some of the most sought-after Devgad Alphonso mangoes. What started in 1996 as a simple dream of growing the finest mangoes, has grown into a thriving family business that thrives on quality, tradition, and sustainability
Our Journey
It all began with my late father, Manohar Devdhar, who, after retiring as a Maths teacher, decided to follow his heart into farming. With my (Prasad Devdhar) full-time involvement, we’ve worked together, hand in hand, to nurture our farm and bring the most flavorful mangoes to market. Our farm, located in the lush lands of Vijaydurg, is renowned for producing the world-famous Devgad Alphonso, prized for its extraordinary sweetness and richness.
For many years, our mangoes made their way to customers through Mumbai’s market yards. But we didn’t stop there. We envisioned a more personal experience for mango lovers. That’s why we began offering our mangoes directly to you, sharing the magic of our mangoes straight from the farm to your doorstep.
Our Commitment to Nature
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. In 2013, we brought a Gir cow to our farm to kickstart our journey toward organic farming. Now, with around 6 to 7 Gir cows helping us create rich, organic fertilizers like Jivamrut and Panchagavya, we ensure that every mango we grow is nurtured with care and eco-friendly practices. Today, half of our fertilizers are organic, ensuring that we continue to improve the quality of our mangoes while protecting the environment.
Bringing Mangoes Closer to You
To make sure we bring the freshest mangoes directly to you, we launched a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) stall in Pune for one year.
This initiative not only strengthened our bond with customers but also helped us build a community of mango lovers. Over time, our focus has shifted from traditional market yard sales to private, direct sales, ensuring you get the best of what we grow.
